Industrial RTD Probe with Swivel Flange Mounting
Our RTD probe delivers precise temperature measurement with Class A accuracy, housed in a rugged flange mounted assembly featuring a rotating flange for flexible installation alignment. This RTD probe incorporates an IP67 waterproof junction box that protects electrical connections in wet environments. The thermowell temperature sensor design provides complete process isolation with removable sensor elements.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel, the flange mounted assembly withstands corrosive media and high-pressure conditions. The thermowell temperature sensor configuration allows for easy maintenance without process shutdown. All connections remain protected within the waterproof enclosure.
This RTD probe maintains stability across -200°C to +500°C measurements. The thermowell temperature sensor reduces measurement errors from thermal conduction. Our flange mounted solution ensures reliable performance in piping and vessel applications.
